1. Availability

All products advertised on the website are usually in stock during peak months but due to demand and changes to the collection there may be times when a model advertised as in stock will be out of stock or unavailable. If this is the case and a payment has been processed then an alternative or refund shall be offered.

2. Creating a Contract

Once payment has been accepted a contract exists between yourself and 'the sunglass show.' We reserve the right to cancel a contract of sale at any point and refund any money paid. This may be necessary if we do not deliver to your part of the world, if a product is unavailable or any other reason. We shall not be held liable for any charges for disappointment, etc. as a result of this. If we cancel a contract we shall notify you by email and refund any payment you have made at the earliest opportunity.

3. Cancelling contract

You have the right to cancel your contract within seven days after receiving your goods. You are advised to check the goods on receipt to ensure they are as requested and have not been damaged in the post. To cancel your contract, if goods are incorrect, or have been damaged in the post, then please notify us by writing to questions@sunglass-show.com within 24 hours to arrange to return the goods. Please send the goods by recorded delivery and well packaged, as we cannot be responsible for any goods damaged or missing in the post whilst they are been returned to us. All goods must be returned as it was received, with all labels and stickers attached and case and cleaning cloth to the following address:

Once the goods have been received either an alternative shall be sent or a refund issued, provided the goods are returned in the condition they were delivered to you. If the goods are not returned in the condition in which they were sent to you, we reserve the right to charge the cost of replacing the goods.

You are responsible for all return postage as it cannot be refunded.

4. Delivery

Orders to the UK shall be sent via Royal Mail Special delivery, a contribution of £2.50 is added to your order towards the delivery charge. Goods shall require a signature on delivery.
Goods shall be delivered to the given delivery address, if no one is available to sign for the goods they shall need to be collected from the local delivery office or post office. We cannot be held responsible for a delivery to an incorrect address given or I no one is available to sign on delivery. If goods are returned to us for these reasons we may recharge a delivery fee.

If goods are in stock they take up to 48 hours to process before going to the post. Post is then usually guaranteed next day delivery from that point. For UK deliveries goods cannot be classified as missing in the post until 15 working days have passed since the day of posting. If delivery hasn't been made after this time then your goods shall be redelivered, if unavailable an alternative or a refund may be offered.

International orders are generally sent via Royal Mail International Delivery and are usually delivered within a week but can take up to 28 days due to delays at customs, this service also requires a signature. If delivery hasn't been made after this time then your goods shall be redelivered, if unavailable an alternative or a refund may be offered. You shall pay any duties or taxes to be paid on goods to a delivery outside of the UK.

All delivery times are approximate and we shall not be held liable for loss or disappointment if they are not met, especially by events out of our control, provided you are notified as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Enforceability

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
