Some common questions and answers are listed below:

How can I pay?

Payment is processed via a secure system over the net. Alternatively please call Paul on 07958 370411 to process your card payment or to arrange to send a cheque. (A cheque payment will need to be fully cleared before goods are sent, so a delay in shipping shall occur).

Can I order to be shipped outside the UK?

International payments need to be paid into the international bank account. Please add a reference to your order and the same reference on the bank transfer.

Postage for international orders is £8.00 and sent by Royal Mail International signed for post.

When can I expect to receive my sunglasses?
Please refer to the colour coded delivery estimates when placing an order:

Green = Immediate (processed and shipped within 48 hours, sent by Royal Mail next day delivery).

Purple = Order (Model on order from Europe, approx. 1 week until it is in stock then sent by Royal Mail next day delivery)

Red = Special order (Please contact us for an estimated delivery date)

These are guideline delivery dates and every effort shall be made to work within these dates. If there are occasions when models have sold out before the website has been updated and delivery dates subsequently cannot be kept then you shall be kept informed at the earliest opportunity.

Are they genuine sunglasses?

Of course they are! We have years of experience working with the leading optical suppliers and only use the genuine articles direct from the manufacturers. All sunglasses come with the relevant manufacturers warranty, case and cloth.

You can rest assured that your purchase is protected by the warranty. We do not want to sell you a pair of sunglasses and never hear from you again, which is why our after sales service is efficient and helpful.

What if I need to use my warranty?

The warranty covers faults in manufacture as detailed on the warranty card accompanying your purchase. Please advise us before returning sunglasses if you need to make a claim and we shall handle it as efficiently as possible. The return address is The S-Show, PO Box 600, Rochester, Kent ME1 9FQ. Unfortunately you shall need to pay postage, you are strongly advised to send by special delivery so your goods are insured. Please also ensure the sunglasses are well protected for posting, the sunglass show cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of goods whilst they are being returned to us. (Do not mention they are sunglasses on the packaging as they are more likely to go missing!)

If the model you are returning is no longer available then an alternative may be offered to the same value.

You are advised to insure expensive purchases for loss and damage with your insurance company, as the warranty would not cover you under these conditions. We are happy to provide receipts, etc. for insurance companies- just ask.

Why are you called the sunglass show?

In addition to selling sunglasses on the web, the full range is taken on tour around the country in our touring marquee at a number of large shows. If you would like to come along and try sunglasses from our huge range and have some styling advice then please contact us for a list of where we shall be attending. questions@sunglass-show.co.uk and we look forward to meeting you soon.

If you have a few friends who are mad about sunglasses then why not book your own sunglass party at your home. What if I am not 100% satisfied with my purchase?

Send it back to us. You have 7 days after receiving your goods to examine them and ensure they are what you want. If not then contact us to let us know and return them in the condition they were received (with all labels, stickers, etc. still attached) and with all extra packaging and case, cleaning cloth, warranty card, etc. Once they have been received in a satisfactory condition your money shall be refunded. You are liable for the postage to return the goods and for the goods whilst they are in the post, until they reach us. Please ensure they are well packaged and sent by insured post in case they are lost.

I have seen a pair of sunglasses from one of your ranges but it is not on the website- can I order them from you?

Probably. We cannot list every model from every range on the website, if you have seen a model which you want but it is not listed on the site, the chances are we can order it for you.
