A small delivery charge of £2.50 per order allows us to send your sunglasses by insured Royal Mail Special Delivery, which needs to be signed for. This is a next day delivery service.

A stock of almost all models is held ready for delivery.

A colour code next to each model shows the expected delivery times

Green - Immediate - posted to you within 48 hours by special delivery
Purple - Order - approx 5 working days before the product can be dispatched
Red - special order - contact us for an anticipated delivery date

In some instances models may sell out before the delivery time can be updated. If any orders are likely to longer than the guideline times then you shall be contacted at the earliest opportunity to advise anticipated delivery dates. If this is unacceptable then your order can be cancelled and refunded.

If an item is lost or damaged in the post to you then a claim shall be made to Royal Mail and a replacement shall be sent to you at the earliest opportunity, in some cases an alternative may need to be offered, or a refund if your order cannot be fulfilled.
